On Tuesday, Stuart Hazell was jailed for a minimum of 38 years for murdering his partner's 12-year-old granddaughter Tia Sharp. Criminologist and child protection expert Mark Williams-Thomas has been with Tia's family over the past nine months - witnessing at first hand the full horror of their ordeal - from the desperate search for the missing schoolgirl through to the trial of her killer and the realisation that they had all been betrayed in the worst way imaginable. In their first in-depth televised interview, Tia's mother and grandmother open their hearts to him about the depth of their loss - and how they discovered they were living with a killer.
