Summary of The Apprentice
Business competition. The candidates receive a surprise phone call at the end of their day off; they are called to the home of the Design Council, where Lord Sugar informs them that their task is to come up with a unique piece of flat-pack furniture, before producing prototypes and pitching their products to retailers. The candidates get creative; one team brings a folding chair to the table, while the others set out to manufacture a multifunctional cube. But while the boys get their measurements mixed up, the girls start squabbling over market research. On sales day, half the teams hit the high street in search of orders for their products; but with the pressure on, some members of the street sales team come unstuck. The rest head for appointments laid on by Lord Sugar with some of the country's biggest retailers - and under scrutiny one presentation goes bottoms up.

Dog lover Paul O'Grady continues the second series of the award-winning show in which he visits the staff and canine residents of Battersea Dogs and Cats Home. This time, Paul and the staff encounter Ethel, a lost Jack Russell who was found by a cabbie - can they reunite her with her owner? The team also faces the mammoth task of training three huge puppies who have spent their short lives holed up in a garage, but it becomes a fight for survival when two of them are struck down by a deadly virus. Finally, Paul has the pleasure of meeting mother and daughter Staffies Bella and Missy, who need to be rehomed as a pair. As she is given a biopsy, are Bella's lumps a cause for concern?

Jasmine Harman sets out to help families across Britain who are struggling with hoarding, the condition which has also affected Jasmine's mother for years. Jeff in Plymouth is a 79-year-old former engineer who lives in a house full to the brim with posessions. He is determined to confront his hoarding and Jasmine helps him move a whole floor's worth of his hoard to a local warehouse so he can sort through it. Will he get rid of the junk or continue to live amongst the chaos? Jean in East London's hoard is so bad she has not been able to live in her flat for years. Jasmine and Jean's daughter, Jeanette, try and get her to finally tackle the mountain of things that are stopping her living in her own home but the struggle becomes incredibly emotional.

A court case results in Denise being demoted to Detective Sergeant, and then Ray asks for a separation. Forced to move out of the family home, she faces the prospect of having to start all over again.

Then he returns to Kirkby Malham where he meets young farmer Will Wildman, who has just left school in order to take a more hands-on approach on his family farm.
