Business competition. Jasmine Harman sets out to help families across Britain who are struggling with hoarding, the condition which has also affected Jasmine's mother for years. Jeff in Plymouth is a 79-year-old former engineer who lives in a house full to the brim with posessions. He is determined to confront his hoarding and Jasmine helps him move a whole floor's worth of his hoard to a local warehouse so he can sort through it. Will he get rid of the junk or continue to live amongst the chaos? Jean in East London's hoard is so bad she has not been able to live in her flat for years. Jasmine and Jean's daughter, Jeanette, try and get her to finally tackle the mountain of things that are stopping her living in her own home but the struggle becomes incredibly emotional.
